About the thesis
As part of his bachelor's thesis “futurANAXAM – Shaping the future based on data” in the business engineering program, Elias Zehnder worked with ANAXAM to analyze the current and future challenges facing our company. The aim of the thesis was to identify strategic areas of action and concrete measures that would enable ANAXAM to achieve long-term stable and sustainable financial development.
Based on a comprehensive evaluation of all projects from recent years – carried out using Power BI – significant differences between project types, structural patterns, and relevant cost drivers were identified using data. These findings created a reliable basis for assessing past development and deriving future priorities.
The measures and strategic recommendations developed from the analyses show how ANAXAM can specifically exploit optimization potential. With the proposed adjustments, it is realistic to achieve the targeted KPIs in the coming years and to further develop ANAXAM in a future-proof and impact-oriented manner.
