ANAXAM's material analytics - based on the most advanced possibilities in the field of measuring methods - using high-resolution Neutron CT was successfully applied to non-destructively and three-dimensionally characterize electric motors of hot air blowers. The analysis results support Leister in achieving the highest quality standards in the manufacturing process. Furthermore, the results provide a unique insight into the interior of the motors. ANAXAM's analytics therefore made a significant contribution to the quality assurance and further development of Leister's electric motors.

For this customer project, ANAXAM used the NEUTRA beamline at the Paul Scherrer Institute.

With the neutron CT, we are pushing open the door to a hidden world. This sharpens our view so that we can continue to guarantee high quality.”
